By using HOSTING BAZA services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

HOSTING BAZA provides the following services:

• Shared hosting
• VPS (Virtual Private Servers)
• Dedicated servers
• Domain registration and management
• SSL certificates
• Backup services

3. Account Registration

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all actions under your account

4. Payment for Services

4.1. Rates and Payment

• All prices are in USD
• Payment is made in advance for the selected period
• We accept credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies

4.2. Automatic Renewal

Services are automatically renewed unless you cancel them before the end of the current period.

4.3. Late Payment

• In case of late payment, services may be suspended
• Data is stored for 30 days after suspension
• After 30 days, data may be deleted

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1. Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to host:

• Illegal content
• Copyright-infringing materials
• Malware, viruses, phishing
• Spam and mass mailings
• Adult content on shared servers

5.2. Resource Usage

• Excessive use of CPU, RAM, or disk space is not allowed
• Scripts must not disrupt server operation
• We reserve the right to limit resources

6. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% server uptime. In case of violation, compensation is provided according to the SLA.

7. Backups

• We perform regular backups
• Clients are responsible for their own backups
• Data restoration may require an additional fee

8. Support

Technical support includes:

• Assistance with hosting setup
• Resolving server-side technical issues
• Consultations on using the control panel

Support does not include website development or third-party software setup.

9. Limitation of Liability

HOSTING BAZA is not liable for:

• Indirect losses or lost profits
• Loss of data due to client fault
• Actions of third parties
• Force majeure circumstances

10. Termination

• You may cancel services at any time
• We may suspend or terminate services for violation of terms
• Upon termination, data is deleted according to our policy

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change the terms. Notifications of changes are sent by email 30 days in advance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the USA, State of California.
